Circa Sports Ultimate Contest Weekend Returns In August

Circa Sports’ renowned football games, the Circa Million and Circa Survivor, are making a comeback in 2021 with a record-breaking combined prize fund of $14 million. This is further accentuated by another edition of the company’s “Ultimate Contest Weekend”.

The entrance to Circa Resort & Casino, located on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas, will be hosting the operator’s Ultimate Contest Weekend from Thursday, August 24th, to Saturday, August 26th, 2023. Events of the weekend are set to take place at Circa along with the D Hotel & Casino, both of which are owned by Derek Stevens. Participants will be eligible for free rooms at Circa, the D, and the Golden Gate Hotel & Casino. On the 24th, a media event will be held at Circa’s Galaxy Ballroom from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M., during which sports betting media and personalities will discuss their views on the upcoming 2023 football season. In the evening of the 24th, a welcome reception is also scheduled for 6 P.M. to 9 P.M. at BarCanada at the D, where guests will get to meet Stevens and previous Circa Survivor and Million winners.

This year will be the fifth time the hugely successful NFL challenges have been held, with the total payouts soaring to $14 million, an increase of $2 million from last year’s $12 million prize. Plus, with Circa everyone can get involved, as there are no extra fees taken on the contests. Circa also offers exclusive benefits to contestants who take part.

Circa Offers Perks for Contest Participants

The Ultimate Contest Weekend is open to all competitors in Circa’s football tournaments, no matter how many entries they have. If you sign up for five $1,000 entries in Circa Million V and 10 $1,000 entries in Circa Survivor, you not only get those entries but also a free three-night stay at Circa with the possibility of upgrading to a suite at no extra cost Sunday through Thursday. If you have 10 to 14 entries combined in both tournaments, then you get a complimentary three-night stay at either the D or Golden Gate and the option of upgrading to Circa with a fee. Have five to nine entries in either competition? Then you get a reduced room rate for a three-night stay at any of the three casinos. And, if you have one to four entries in either tournament, you may get a discount on a hotel room for one night.

In 2022, 6,133 individuals joined the Survivor contest with an entry limit of 10 per person, whereas Circa Million had nearly 4,700 contestants with a maximum of five per individual. Note that Circa Ultimate Contestant Weekend also took place that year.

On August 25, patrons of Circa’s Stadium Swim can enjoy an open bar from 8 a.m. while they socialize with sports betting media personalities. Then, the following day, Mike Palm, Director of Operations at Circa, will be hosting a football preview in the Galaxy Ballroom from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. This panel will feature sports betting experts and personalities to delve into the 2023-2024 pro football season, contests, and more. While the events are open to all, proxy services will be available specifically to non-Nevada residents, as picks must be made from within the state for these contests.
