Alcohol-Fueled Mini Golf to Open on Las Vegas Strip - Newstbt.com
Next year on the Las Vegas Strip, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an adult miniature golf experience, as Swingers Crazy Golf is set to open in a 40,000 square foot space over three floors in Mandalay Bay.
Sometime in 2024, Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas is set to give “crazy golfers” a thrill with the debut of five specially-designed indoor mini golf courses designed by Swingers. The courses will feature live DJs, a food hall, and cocktails for the 21-and-over crowd, who can indulge in $17 frozen palomas between holes. According to Bloomberg, Swingers co-founder and co-CEO Matt Grech-Smith said the company had been eyeing Las Vegas as a potential destination for the courses, but MGM Resorts International was the one to reach out with the idea first. Swingers began as a pop-up in an East London warehouse in 2014 and has now expanded to five locations — three in the US and two in London. Its NYC location welcomes as many as 8,000 players a week, with a round of golf costing around $24.
At a cost of $52 million, largely bankrolled by Cain International Advisers Ltd., its most recent expansion is due to launch a presence in Dubai!

Grech-Smith expressed that the usual backdrop for their concepts revolve around the English countryside golf club, hence making even enclosed venues have the feeling of being outdoors. Thus, when envisioning a concept in Las Vegas, they wanted to take it a notch higher and elevate it to the stature of an English Country House, for an unparalleled house party. This anticipation has certainly paid-off to the tune of the company, Swingers, having expected revenue of $60M this year and escalating to a sum of $150 million by 2026, pushing its total worth to $500 million. He stated his confidence in the success of his company to Bloomberg, reflecting that firstly, his investors have invested a whole lot more into the business which gives their own faith in this ambitious venture.
